10-week course “Yoga as Self-Inquiry” (waitinglist)
with Victoria Larsson
Tue 17.30-19.00 at Studio Sonne
Sep 6 – Nov 8, 2016
max. 20 particpants
During this 10-week course we will use yoga, meditation and breath-work as tools for greater awareness. We will also work more in-depth with the asanas, fine-tuning and picking apart, as well as exploring the bio-mechanical and energetic benefits of proper alignment. We will also investigate the art of breathing, and the magic it can unleash. We will explore what yoga is, on and off the mat, and how it can help us living a more joyful life.
Every class will include breath-work, meditation and yoga philosophy. The asana practice will have a different focus each week, and more complex asanas will be broken down and picked apart. With the course format instead of drop-in classes we’ll be able to effectively build a more stable foundation, steadying ourselves enough to go further.
This course is not designed for absolute beginners, but for yogis who have been practicing for some time, and would like to feel more secure in the different asanas, learn more about yoga philosophy and perhaps get more established in the practice of meditation.
There will be room for questions, discussion and sharing. And the smaller number of participants ensures plenty of individual attention and help.
