Kundalini yoga focuses on self-awareness and reaching out to your higher consciousness for the purpose of personal growth and healing. This science of the mind and body works to call upon the full potential of the nervous and glandular systems and to balance the body’s chakras and meridians. This challenge will focus on practices to open and soften your heart center.

– Different lengths of meditation and practice
– Sadhana morning practice with live music

In Week 1 Anna-Luise will guide you through the basics of Kundalini Yoga. In Week 2 and 3 we will continue to explore our heart center. Releasing tension, grief or unresolved love stories. Learning to love ourselves to be able to share love with others. Over this intensive transformative 3-week challenge deepen your own understanding of kundalini yoga. Ask questions, share your experiences together in a group and by the end you will have learned the tools to create your own sadhana – daily practice.

Anna-Luise Recke holds a diploma of contemporary dance and experience on this path for 16 years as a freelance dancer and performer collaborating with many different choreographers and companies. Kundalini yoga found her 15 years ago. It became a very strong anchor in her life as a physical and spiritual practice. She is diving deeper into healing works of different shamanic traditions with the focus on healing through sound, dance and meditation in all its different variations offered to us today. Looking very much forward to share this practice.
