We wake up every morning following the same ritual and moving through the day following a very familiar pattern. The route we take to work, the food we eat and the movies we watch, the books we read, and the music we listen to.

How often do you consciously decide that today will be the day that you would like to experience something different, that today would be the day you would like to explore your dreams.

How often do you take the time out to sit quietly with yourself and consciously decide to up your game, to change your predicted outcomes so that you could experience life differently, to experience a more fulfilling life where you are not just going through the motions, where you are not living unconsciously and therefore living an unfulfilling life.

This 3-Week Challenge will give you a 15 day window of opportunity to create new, healthy habits setting you on the path for becoming the person you would like to be.

The practice over the 3 weeks will include:
– Daily affirmations and an understanding of how affirmations work.
– Daily kundalini yoga to enhance a sense of well-being.
– Daily meditations allowing you to tap into infinite intelligence.

These practices will assist in:
– Breaking old habits that slow you down to create new habits that help you move along.
– Keeping up the spirit.
– Creating intentions, focus, commitment.
– Creating good, regular practice to shift you towards a more positive outlook on life.
– Moving beyond your limiting beliefs.

If we repeat good habits often enough we can develop the skills of creating a more balanced, efficient and healthy body and access to infinite intelligence.

You do not need previous experience of Kundalini Yoga to participate. What you will need is an open mind, an open heart, and commitment. The 3 weeks are a means to give you the tools to create new patterns that will benefit you.

This morning-challenge is held Online via Zoom and in Gelber Raum. You will receive the Zoom-Info to join the morning-challenge together with your booking confirmation via e-mail. The number of participants in Gelber Raum is limited to 20 yogis. Yogis who register for the online format are not allowed to join in-studio (due to the limited number of participants in Gelber Raum).Yellow yoga will record the morning-challenge and the recording will be available to watch for 48h for all yogis.

Paula Malherbe is originally from South Africa. She has been practising Kundalini Yoga for 21 years. The effects of Kundalini Yoga have been profound for her and she has experienced, over the years, a deeper understanding of herself. Kundalini Yoga has given her focus, balance and clarity. It is an on going journey of growth and discovery.
