“Yoga is my base, is what grounds and stabilises me, where I take pleasure and where my body and mind come together. I love to share these processes by teaching. In my Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes I emphasise breath, movement and core work in order to flow through poses with precision and persistence. I encourage the students who visit the class to cultivate patience, expand their perception and find balance between work and rest. The practice is an opportunity to shed layers, be vulnerable and leave behind unnecessary habits in order to make space for new sensations and possibilities. Each class holds a potential for transformation and growth that you can carry with you outside the studio.
Other than teaching yoga I make my own choreographic work, dance, perform and cook.”
