Roni is an eternal Yoga student and teacher. Roni completed her teacher training at the Lotus Seed community center in Portland Oregon, and regularly practices Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Meridian Stretches. Roni is excited by the potential of yoga to establish relationships and build communities. Other than yoga Roni is busy with making her own choreographic work, perform and dance with and for others and is obsessed with politics of self- care, love and power structures.

Roni offers a Vinyasa class that brings together breath, movement and core work into precise and persistent flow sequence. The class works towards finding healthy balance between work and rest, expanding body, mind and space perception and cultivating patience. The practice is an opportunity to shed layers, embrace faults and vulnerabilities and find spaciousness. Each class holds a potential for transformative growth into non-judgemental yet critical way of being present in the world.

ashtanga – en

This class is based on the traditional primary series. For this practice of Ashtanga Yoga, usually described as rigid and intense, we are looking to find softness and harmony while maintaining its beautiful, solid structure: repetitions of Sun Salutation A+B, standing sequence, seated forward folds, inversions and relaxation. Ujjayi breath, Bahnda practice and meditation are integrated organically into the structure.
