A decade ago, Magdalena replaced her living room carpet with a yoga mat and hasn’t stopped practicing since then. She’s been teaching groups and individuals in English and German since 2016.

Driven by an insatiable curiosity to better understand not only the human body, but also the interweavements between body, mind and consciousness, she’s completed over 1000 hours of training with a well-picked selection of international teachers and mentors in the areas of traditional Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, functionally oriented LYT® Yoga, Yin Yoga, trauma sensitive yoga, anatomy and biomechanics, myofascial release and massage techniques, breathwork, vocal expression, yoga nidra, somatic bodywork and embodiment strategies. In 2022 she also finished her studies at the Institute of Integrative Yogapsychology as a Yogapsychological Coach.

With her undogmatic and delightful teaching style she invites students to explore their individual anatomy, asanas and movement patterns in new, playful ways. It’s her mission to help people feel more present, safe and vibrant in their bodies, regardless their age and underlying health conditions.
