As we’re slowly coming back to the studios and moving to a kind of post-lockdown situation, we’re still feeling the ripples of the last year and a half. Last year’s morning challenge “Own your practice” was an opportunity to learn to become a bit more resilient and a bit more autonomous. This year we’re going deeper and broader.
In these 3 weeks, we’ll gather online every morning, move and meditate together. We’ll explore what it means to develop a personal practice and investigate practical and related topics like our anatomy, our nervous system, and our system of values.
Week 1
– Lessons learned during the lockdown.
– Starting our group morning routine with yoga and meditation.
– Exploring our relationship to the practice.
Week 2
– Every body is different: Know your body better.
– Understanding the regulation of your nervous system.
– Building a practice that works for you.
Week 3
– Your personal values and how they reflect in your practice.
– The unspoken agreements of a yoga class.
– Becoming more autonomous and reclaiming personal agency.
Beginners and experienced are welcome. All you need is a curious mind, an open heart, and a pair of lungs.

Éric’s Intuitive Yoga classes are a great alternative or complement to more alignment based practices. They’re playful explorations of asanas, and the open spaces in between and around them. They help you develop a certain quality of presence in motion and in stillness, a joyful sense of curiosity, and personal agency over your body.
Lots of space is given to experimenting, figuring out what’s helpful or not, and for evolving sequences into something that becomes your expression of movement in that moment. Éric brings to every class a subtle mix of something known, something new, and something weird. On Saturday the energy level is a little bit higher with some shaking, dancing, and a powerful playlist. These classes are open to all but some prior knowledge of yoga can be helpful.
