Zoe aims through her teaching to help students develop a more refined consciousness of their body and breath as tools for transformation. With a focus on rediscovering intrinsic equilibrium, the body’s natural state of balance, the class tends to move through a deep, intense and graceful progression of postures. We explore principles of alignment and initiation, in order to encourage a physical and energetic environment conducive to the cultivation of a compassionate practice. Each class is adapted to the specific needs of students present. Zoe relishes inquisitiveness and a sense of humor.
Zoe is an Australian choreographer, dancer and yoga teacher. She has been teaching hatha and vinyasa flow yoga since 2002, and is accredited through Triyoga in London (BWY). The journey into being a mother has further deepened her appreciation for the powerful subtleties of an energetically balanced practice, and she now also takes great joy in regularly teaching prenatal classes. Zoe is deeply grateful to all her own teachers over the years for their wisdom and ongoing guidance.
