Upleveling your yoga practice offers you the opportunity to explore, grow and reconnect with your body each morning, offering the chance to venture beyond your comfort zone into a growth-oriented practice. This dynamic vinyasa series combines energetic flows with workshops focusing on arm balances, enhancing strength, flexibility, and confidence. Open to anyone with a yoga practice or strong curiosity, this series invites you to dissolve limiting beliefs and discover new possibilities. Remember, the only rules are to stay curious, playful, and to move intelligently. The human body is remarkably magical, possessing the profound ability to heal and transform. While the physical postures constitute just a portion of yoga, the asana practice allows us to learn about ourselves by reshaping our physical form and observing how the mind responds to challenges on the mat.
Week 1 – Grounding and Strength
– Focus: Standing Poses, Hip Openers, Headstand, Arm Balances
– Begin with a solid foundation, exploring standing poses, hip openers, and arm balances to build strength and stability.
– Introduce headstands, providing tools to approach these poses with confidence and alignment.
Week 2 – Opening and Elevation
– Focus: Heart Openers, Forearm Stand, Arm Balances.
– Invite expansion and resilience.
– Continue exploring arm balances, fostering openness and joy in your practice.
Week 3 – Integration and Balance
– Focus: Integrating Poses, Handstand, Arm Balances.
– Discover balance through handstands and deepen your connection with advanced pose workshops, including dynamic arm balances.
– Integrate all that you’ve learned.
– Embrace the full expression of your practice.

Katzi is passionate about sharing her love for yoga, having experienced first-hand the powerful impact that the practice can have on all aspects of our lives and all layers of the body. She has been actively practising yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2012, and has completed over 1000 hours of training including vinyasa, yin, creative sequencing, Ayurveda, Dharma Yoga, advanced asanas, subtle body, meditation techniques, psychic development, Yoga Nidra, aromatherapy, kids yoga, and Forrest Yoga. She takes the yoga practice seriously but has a playful and whimsical approach to teaching, and her classes are infused with a mix of intelligent insights and light-heartedness. There is always space offered to have fun, especially when approaching more challenging aspects of the practice. She incorporates sound healing and reiki (master level) into her sessions to create subtle shifts and elevate the overall transformational experience. She aims to inspire every individual to find their inner sparkle – to heal, transform, and create a stronger connection to their divine essence within.
