Since her first yoga class in 1997, the passion for yoga started to grow in Julia’s heart. She did an Anusara Yoga teacher training (Yoga Alliance) with Bridget-Woods Kramer and Ananda Leone in Bali and trained with different teachers like Shiva Rea, Mark Whitwell and Max Strom. Julia is deeply inspired by Prana Flow® Yoga, the 5Rhythms® dance and Tandava. She is certified as Embodiment Facilitator/ Embodiment Coach in the UK and is the Co-Leader of the Institute for Systemic Laughter in Berlin.

Julia’s yoga classes focus on the flow of Prana connected to movement. Each class is a meditation in movement, flowing, powerful and meditative at the same time. The yoga practice is a form of art, a sensual journey through the body, which leads to joy and opens to creativity. Integrating music and silence into the practice, Julia’s intention is to offer the space for diving into your own rhythm of breath and movement.

Julia is currently not teaching a permanent class.
