Julia’s yoga classes focus on the flow of Prana connected to movement. Each class is a meditation in movement, flowing, powerful and meditative at the same time. The yoga practice is a form of art, a sensual journey through the body, which leads to joy and opens to creativity. Integrating music and silence into the practice, Julia’s intention is to offer the space for diving into your own rhythm of breath and movement.
