Practicing Yoga since 2006, Noa first fell in love with the dynamic energy and challenging physicality of Ashtanga. She has since completed 500 teacher training hours in Ashtanga Vinyasa with various teachers in Mysore, India. A professional massage therapist with vast knowledge of anatomy and holistic body and mind healing methods, she also trained in Yin and Restorative Yoga, meditation and Pranayama. In her classes she seeks to combine all of these elements and her experience in bodywork as well as a spiritual connection to the practice.
