Sandra first encountered yoga more than 20 years ago. Since then she’s practised hatha, vinyasa, kundalini yoga and meditation on and off and with varying intensity. Regular practice provides her with an anchor in daily life, soothes the fluctuations of the mind and helps her to feel secure within herself. The practice keeps body, mind and soul in balance and supports all kinds of different processes of renewal. Sandra completed her first training at Spirit Yoga in 2010. Since then she has deepened her knowledge with various teachers at home and abroad. She has been particularly influenced by Rod Stryker, Sharon Gannon and David Life, as well as by the methods of Kundalini and Katonah Yoga. Through her studies of Ayurveda, she also teaches a holistic lifestyle that includes rituals, nutrition and aromatherapy as well as yoga.

Her teaching is an invitation to discover a deeper connection with yourself, train your own body awareness and to cultivate a clear mind. In her lessons she takes into account the changing of the seasons and includes the teaching of the elements. In addition to a balanced asana practice, in Sandra’s classes breath also plays a fundamental role.
