Sarah’s love for movement threads through the different phases of her life. From early childhood dance classes, to a passion for yoga practice as a tool for herself, to a career in Contemporary dance during 20 years spent in London/UK, to teaching yoga and somatic practices now alongside being a mama. She is interested in the possibilities our breath and our body (physical and energetic) can offer to find greater ease and to more skilfully navigate our everyday lives. Sarah has a deep curiosity for somatic approaches and studies of anatomy. These ongoing explorations shape her own practice as well as her teaching.

This class weaves together intuitive, organic movement as found in somatic practices
(somatic = of the body as felt from within) and more familiar yoga practices & flows.
The emphasis here is on sensing your own needs in each moment, creating spaciousness in
your body-mind, and on being present to the full spectrum of your experience as you move.
Gradually we will allow the movement to develop a meditative quality, delving deeper into
our inner landscape.
